Yes. RIDNETAXI LIMITED is a licensed passenger transport operator in Ireland. Every driver and vehicle on our app is vetted and insured for public passenger work. -
How do I book a ride?
Three ways: (1) install our 135Taxi app on Android — full track-and-pay; (2) open the web booking app at ridnetaxi.ondelight.app from any phone; (3) just text us your pickup and destination and we will create the booking for you. iOS app is coming. Same result whichever way you choose. -
Where do you operate?
Our pickup zone reaches 100 km from Letterkenny — that covers County Donegal and a good slice of the Northwest. From there we drive anywhere in Ireland: airport transfers, hotels, ferries, weddings, business travel. -
Can I book in advance?
Yes. Pre-bookings are welcome. Send us a text the day before (or earlier), and we will lock in a driver for your slot. Especially recommended for early morning airport runs. -
What if my flight is delayed?

How do I leave feedback or make a complaint?
